Emele is a handmade card and gift business run by me, Emily on the Greek island of Crete.

I love experimenting with paper, colour and textures to come up with new card and gift items. I often have more ideas and projects on the go than I can cope with but they all get written down so I can remember my ideas and come back to them!

I started making cards seven years ago and sold them at craft fairs in and around Cambridge, England, where I am originally from. I later got into glass painting, painting pots and plastic canvas and also sold these at craft fairs before moving to Crete and building my website and online business.

Apart from art and crafts I enjoy photography and do SEO and website design for other small businesses. I am a cat lover, adore lizards and am a total bookworm! You can find out more about me and what I'm doing over at my blog...
