Your order will shipped using the Greek postal service. If you would like it to be shipped by courier please contact me.

Orders are shipped out within 5 working days.
Delivery times take approx 5-10 days to the U.S. and 3-7 days to Europe.

Please contact me if you require items to be sent by Express Post, Registered Post or both.

You will receive an email to say when your parcel has been shipped.

Greeting Cards can be sent directly to the recipient if you want to save time and postage costs! Just add a Greeting Card Insert to the shopping cart, type in the message you want inside including To: and From: then add a message letting me know the card is going straight to the recipient so I leave off prices on the documentation!

Packaging -

All single cards are packaged in an individual clear cello bag with envelope.
Sets of Christmas cards or cards of the same design are packaged in a larger clear cello bag together with envelopes.
3d decoupage cards come with a white greetings card box and envelope.

All other items are packaged carefully using tissue paper, bubble wrap or foam peanuts. They are then boxed (Double boxed in some cases) or placed in a jiffy bag ready for shipment.
Please note that items do not come in decorative boxes.

Return and Refund Policy -

Emelegifts provides a 30day satisfaction / return guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or to exchange your item you must contact me within 30days of receiving your order.
On approval of your request you will need to return the item back to me within 14days for a refund or exchange.

Please remember that each item is handmade so small differences will occur between the product shown and the item you receive…

You must contact me before returning an item.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, they can not be refunded unless the item was originally damaged or broken during shipment.
Please pack the return item carefully with all of its original packaging and in its original box to prevent damages in transit. Also include your receipt with a note of why you are returning the item.
When returning an item it must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged – If an item has been damaged due to careless packing, has been used or is in poor condition it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 5 business days after the returned item is received for your refund, exchange or store credit to be processed.

Please shop carefully at Emelegifts, ask as many questions as you need to before placing your order and in the event that you are unsatisfied I will work with you to make your refund or exchange as easy as possible.

In the case that an item has been broken or damaged on shipment to you please contact me as soon as possible on receipt of your order.
Your return postage costs if applicable will be refunded.
You can choose to have a new item, store credit or a full refund for the item that was damaged.
In the event that a one of a kind item has been ordered and damaged in shipment so that an exact replacement is not possible you can choose to have store credit, a full refund, or an exchange item.

Custom and Personalized Orders -

Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable or returnable unless the items were damaged or incorrect.
You will be able to see photos – That is the time to say if you don’t like something!

Variations -

All items will vary slightly as each item is hand made.
If there are going to be bigger variations than what you see in the picture you will be notified.

Card Stickers -

All cards can be made to have a different sticker word than is shown on the card picture. You can also combine stickers and add ages to any card.

Spelling -

Some of you may be wondering why I spell words "wrong", it's because I spell the U.K / Australian way, not the U.S way! So your "color" is my "colour' and your "personalize" is my "personalise" and so on!
