This fun glass jar has a yellow background hand painted with a checker effect square design painted onto it using the same yellow as for the background and a dark purple. Black outlines divide each square for the finishing touch.

One of these checker effect jars would make a lovely gift for men or women of all ages including a unique and cool gift for teenagers. It can be used as a candle holder, vase, pen holder or for decoration... whatever you would like.

If you would like to change the colours for this jar contact me and tell me your ideas! You might choose to change the colours to yellow and green, yellow and pink or even have clear glass squares with one of your favourite colours. You could also have the checker design painted on a different sized or shaped jar....... even one of the hand painted pots!
