A square white card with deckle edges and a simple design featuring pink, purple and cream colours. Three paper teddies with gold hearts in the center , two in purple and one in pink are in the center with square cream and square pink background papers. The squares and teddies are outlined in gold with a gold heart sticker added to the bottom right corner of the background. Gold wording stickers reading "Congratulations" "It's a Girl" are added above and below the square teddies design.
