Collected Information -

For each visitor to my web site, the web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name, this is used in the statistics software to track the number of visitors to the website, where they came from, length of time spent on the site etc. The information cannot be traced back to you - You become a percentage or number!

We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who purchase from us or opt in to receive our newsletter. The information collected is used to improve the content of the web site and to notify consumers about updates and/or special offers. It is not shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes.

With respect to cookies:

Cookies are collected to store visitors preferences and record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart and pages they have viewed.

Your Postal Address:

If you supply me with your postal address it is used only to ship your order or in the case of prize-draws to ship the item you have won.

Consumers can access this information by emailing me at either of the above addresses.

Financial Info:

For access to financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that is maintained about them and unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that is maintained about them you will need to contact the third-party payment processor as I never see this information.

With respect to security:

Industry-standard encryption technologies are always used when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with my site and the payment processor.
Your credit card information is never seen by me, I see your name, shipping/postal address and email address as well as any comments and the items you are ordering.

Innacuarate Details:

Upon request visitors can have inaccuracies corrected about them whether that is contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, transaction information or communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site. You can have this information corrected by sending me an e-mail at either of the above addresses.

Confidential Info:

I treat your personal information as private and confidential and will not disclose this information to any individuals or organizations unless required to do so by law. I will not release your information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or for any other purpose.

When placing your order you will be asked to supply certain personal information, such as your name, address, credit card information and e-mail address. This information is used for the purpose of charging your credit card, filling your order, and communicating with you about your order.

Your Email Address:

Customer email addresses will be added to our mailing list to communicate with you about orders, product updates and promotional offers. You can opt out of receiving this information at any time by emailing me at info@emelegifts.com with your name and email address.

For people who contact me with questions or comments and who do not buy anything you're email address is not collected unless you subscribe to the emelegifts newsletter.
